TPI evaluations are appropriate and beneficial for golfers as young 6th grade up to golfers in their 60s, 70s, and beyond.
Junior group training is for juniors from 5th-12th grade. Adult group training is for individuals 18 years of age and older.
Classes consist of a mix of plyometric explosive movements like box jumps and medicine ball throws, fundamental strength training using free weights, and core strengthening with an emphasis across all categories on rotational movements.
Classes are 100% instructor led, ensuring proper form and execution of exercises and movements. Exercise programs are always adjusted to individual abilities while maintaining continuity across classes.
Each class is led Doctor of Physical Therapy trained experts in human movement and injury. Whether you are at either end of the age spectrum, personal and group training with Elevate Golf is the safest exercise outlet you will find.
